These terms govern your use of https://jennbringsjoy.com and any balloon décor services booked with Jenn Brings Joy (“Jenn Brings Joy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the terms below.
Booking & Retainer
A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date and begin planning your custom balloon décor. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your event. We accept cash, check, and Venmo.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Retainers are non-refundable, as they reserve your date and cover the cost of sourcing materials in advance. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.
Delivery & Rush Fees
Delivery and setup are included within 20 miles of Fountain Inn, SC. A $1.00/mile fee applies beyond that. Bookings made less than 2 weeks before the event date typically include a 15% rush fee.
Outdoor Installations & Weather
Balloons are natural products affected by heat, sun, wind, humidity, and rough surfaces. While we take every precaution — including using more durable balloons and scheduling outdoor installs close to your event start time — balloon performance outdoors cannot be guaranteed, and we are not responsible for deflation, popping, or shifting caused by weather or environmental conditions once installation is complete.
Ownership of Décor & Rented Items
You keep the balloons after your event. Any rental items, such as backdrops or stands, remain the property of Jenn Brings Joy and will be picked up after your event; balloon teardown is available upon request.
Liability
Our installations are decorative and intended for their designed use. You are responsible for any loss of or damage to rented equipment beyond normal wear while it is in your care. Jenn Brings Joy is not liable for injury or damage arising from misuse of balloon décor or from conditions outside our control once an installation is complete.
Photography
We may photograph our installations for our portfolio, website, and social media. If you'd prefer your event not be featured, just let us know in writing and we'll honor your request.
Website Use
Our website content is provided for informational purposes. Links to third-party sites, including our Event Inquiry Form, Instagram, and TikTok, are provided for convenience and are not controlled by us.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
